Jeff Nagle is founder and principal of Heritage Leaders, a for-purpose consultancy focused on accelerating the formation of leaders and teams.

While working in the leadership and organisational development space since 2014, Jeff has also served in the international development and missions sector for more than 16 years. In this time, Jeff served as COO with Compassion Australia, CEO of International Justice Mission Australia and CEO of Compass Foundation. Jeff currently serves as Chairman of MAF Australia, as well as Campus Pastor of Coast Community Church on the NSW Central Coast. He was also a co-founder the for-purpose law firm, Fair Supply, which works to operationalise the Modern Slavery Act within large corporations.

Prior to this Jeff held a series of management, strategy and project roles with Telstra. Jeff’s area of special interest is the formation of leaders and teams in difficult contexts. Specifically, how internal patterns and narratives form the substrate of self-leadership. Jeff has qualifications in visual arts and media, education and business, and holds a Masters Degree in Global Leadership through Fuller Seminary.

Jeff lives on the NSW Central Coast with wife, Shelley, two teenage children and a Bernese Mountain Dog. He still thinks he’s a surfer.
