Des is an authentic, intuitive and future focused leader who has spent 20+ years in research and leadership consulting working with a variety of industries and organisations locally and internationally.

These include top ASX companies, governance boards, entertainment & hospitality, retail, education, finance, government and not for profit sectors.  He is a developer of highly engaged teams, an organisational culture strategist and a coaching professional.

Along with his passion for catalysing new initiatives, Des has governance roles as Chairman and as a Board member across multiple organisations and has a graduate Masters, with a major thesis on the role of Emotional (EQ) and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) in developing effective leaders.
