Anthony is married to Karen and has two children Jake and Bethany. He became a Christian around the age of 18, and has been involved in full time ministry for 21 years in local church, community based and international ministries. He has been involved in founding new ministries, organisational formation and development, church leadership, project management and program design. During his ministry he has developed skills in team and organisational leadership, strategic planning, program evaluation, consultation, mediation, governance, international community development, social service provision and adult education tertiary and community based.
In 2010 Anthony was appointed as the Director of International Programs for Transform Aid International overseeing $11.5M in programs in 16 countries. He has held roles as a CEO, Lecturer, Pastoral Team member, Clinical Counsellor, Community Mediator, Clinical Supervisor, Mentor and Organisational Consultant. Anthony also holds a number of international governance roles Chairing two International Committees. Anthony’s passion is to see people Identify, prepare for and realise their God given vision, passion and desires. He is convinced our greatest opportunities to learn come in times of when we feel most stretched or are failing, and spends much of his time trying to understand what being a ‘slave’ to Christ actually means.
